Having an ALL or nothing attitude is great when starting a goal especially with fitness! But how long can you hold that mindset? We are all motivated in the beginning of there journey and we also know that falls off the farther we go. So let's change that mindset to being practical. It's more important to focus on what you can sustainably than what is considered "Optimal". No point of being rigid if you cannot do it for long run. Let's figure out a way to make progress and enjoy the process for the long run!
