Welcome to episode 23 of the One Small Change Podcast. On today's show, we have Danny Gray, the founder of the revolutionary men's make-up brand, Warpaint for Men.
During his childhood years, Danny was severely bullied at school about his appearance, experiences which he describes as changing his life forever. He developed anxiety and body dysmorphia which he still struggles with today. This led to him using his sister's make-up as a teenager and he has worn make-up ever since.
Danny launched his brand, Warpaint for Men, in 2017 to try and break down the stigma around men using make-up. Since launching, the brand has been on a rapid growth trajectory. It's now available at major retail outlets all over the world including Harvey Nichols, John Lewis, and Reiss to name just a few. It had one of the most successful Dragons' Den pitches ever seen and in a truly incredible move recently, the brand has become the first make-up brand to sponsor a football team with Norwich City FC, and also in a world first, sponsoring the Wigan Warriors Rugby League Team.

Welcome to episode 22 of the One Small Change Podcast. On today’s show, we have Angela Foster, one of the country’s leading health and performance coaches and host of the top-rated high-performance health podcast.
With a client list ranging from Formula One Drivers to high flying business CEOs, Angela trains and coaches high-performance individuals on how to drive success and productivity in their lives, but not at the expense of health, balance, and spirituality. Angela’s story is a fascinating one. After a successful and highly intense career in corporate law, Angela ended up being rushed to hospital, following a diagnosis of burnout depression and eventually double pneumonia. Angela describes this as her body’s way of telling her she had to change her ways.
This was the start of her journey to uncovering how she could optimize every aspect of her mental and physical health. And Angela’s incredible breadth of expertise is something that I am particularly excited about in today’s talk. She’s knowledgeable on everything from nutrition to longevity, holistic health to high performance and productivity, so I am very excited to take a real deep dive into these topics, many of which are big passions of mine.

Welcome to episode 21 of the One Small Change Podcast. On today's show, we have the wonderful Mo Gawdat. Mo is the former Chief Business Officer of Google X, he is a serial entrepreneur and author of the book "Solve for Happy", which we are going to dive deep into today.
When I first created this podcast, Mo was one of the first guests that I had dreamed of having on the show. His story first became apparent to me when I was watching Channel 4 news, shortly after the tragic passing of his son, Ali. Mo's attitude towards happiness, joyfulness, and his willingness to share these thoughts and concepts was something that really struck me.
Mo's big moonshot is to reach 1billion people and make them happier, so I really hope that we can share that today.

Welcome to Episode 18 of the One Small Change Podcast. On today's show, we have Anna Williamson – a celebrated TV and radio broadcaster, No1 best-selling author, podcaster, life coach, and Master NLP practitioner.
Anna is an absolutely fascinating individual who after already having a successful career on national TV on ITV, Nickelodeon, and the Disney channel, was behind the scenes struggling herself with such severe anxiety that she was one day unable to continue filming.
Her story is one of incredible strength – taking this diagnosis not as a career finisher but as a career starter and wanting to help others in the same situation - Anna trained as a certified counselor, life coach, and master NLP practitioner.
Since then Anna has gone from strength to strength and has become a mainstay of national TV and radio – like a few of our previous guests Anna is one of the hosts of Celebs go dating. She is a celebrated author with books on managing anxiety and also managing to parent, as well as hosting two top podcasts and a radio show.
I’ve been very open with my own struggles with anxiety over the years and it’s one of the reasons the discussion on mental health is so important to me so this was a really great deep dive on the topic!

Welcome to Episode 15 of the One Small Change Podcast.
On today's show, we have a great friend and mentor of mine Dr. Miguel Stanley.
In this episode we delve into the man behind the dentistry - we talk about the secrets behind his success, sailing around the world as a 10-year-old, his values and work ethic, his relationship with luck, dealing with trolls, and biohacking in dentistry.
Miguel is the clinical director of one of the top dental practices in the world - The White Clinic based in Lisbon, Portugal, where he provides advanced biological comprehensive dentistry and has an international patient base with patients such as Cristiano Ronaldo and many other high profile clients.
Miguel is a world-renowned speaker of the highest level and has an incredible ability to break down complex topics into a language that anyone can understand.
Miguel is incredibly passionate about excellence and change in dentistry – he created the no half-smiles treatment philosophy, the slow dentistry movement, has hosted a Ted talk, and even presented the first National Geographic documentary on dentistry which was streamed all over the world. All of which I’m sure we will discuss today.
He is someone who I’ve looked up to professionally and personally since the start of my career so I’m super excited to have him on the show.
