Mindful minis is a biweekly podcast featuring short meditation, mindfulness, breathing, and manifesting exercises led by Kristen Ruhl. Kristen is a 200 hour certified meditation instructor and has been practicing mindfulness, meditation, and manifestation for 10 years. Episodes will feature 5-10 minute activities great for calming your mind. Use these exercises for sleep, relaxation, and to manifest what you desire.
