After barely graduating high school, he did 4 years in the US Army and then graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in Psychology and earning membership into Psi Chi, The National Honors Society for Psychology.    After college, B.C. joined a large police department in the South where he worked in patrol, detective division, gang unit, drug unit, aggravated assault unit, homicide unit, intel center, and supervisor of the violent crimes section, as well as being assigned to the FBI Task Force.    B.C. utilized his skills in psychology to communicate better with the communities he policed and became so skilled at gang investigations that he became a certified instructor who developed gang disruption, investigation, and awareness courses to educate other officers, agents, and deputies and criminal subculture courses to educate citizens.    B.C. is now retired from the force and works as a writer and a co-host on The Disruptors Podcast with BC & Ski where he continues to have interesting and engaging conversations with people from all walks of life.   You can find B.C. on Instagram at @the_disruptors_podcast    Until Next Time… Out of role.
