Take the Pressure Off, It's Okay
Everyone feels so much pressure to do it ALL. We think we have to be the best employee, best sibling, best child and best friend all while dating, getting our "me" time, and sleeping 8 hours a night. We can't possibly do all the things the world says we should, so why can't we stop trying? There is incredible freedom in acceptance.

How to Handle Social Anxiety & Saying "No"
Where does your anxiety come from? Is it internal or spiked by the fear of other's reactions? Are you holding on to old stories about the need to people please? When you make a decision, what goes into it? Are you choosing for yourself or basing it off the opinion of those around you?  In this podcast we dive into social anxiety that stems from saying no. Whether this be a social event or professional engagement, saying no can be HARD. I join you in asking the tough questions to figure out why you think what you do and how to rewire some of the beliefs we hold to find freedom in our social settings and stick up for what we want!

Breaking up with Perfection
Perfectionism SUCKS. It is hard to live with, hard to let go of, and really not conducive to a balanced life. In this episode we discuss where perfectionists get their roots, how to notice it in your day to day behavior, why it served a purpose (but no longer does), and reasons to move on from the stories it tells you. Being perfect is not an attainable goal and instead hardboard anxiety, stress, and isolation. Listen in and join me in my break up with perfectionism!

Perpetual Productivity
Why do we feel so safe being in constant motion? Why is it so hard to slow down? Feeling accomplished is a beautiful thing until it ends up serving as a mask for our emotional state. Staying busy is often a coping mechanism for feelings we don't want to acknowledge, pushing us further away from our intuition. Rest is vital to understanding ourselves. Growth is found in the reflection of stillness.

How to Detach from Negative Beliefs
Feel like you're stuck in continuous thought patterns? Things like "Oh no did I do enough?" "Are they mad at me?" "I can't stop working or I'll never be done." "I can't say no." If the answer is yes, let's talk about detachment.  We hold on to so many beliefs about ourselves created in the past that just have no business in our lives anymore. They hold us back. This episode dives into what detachment is and how we can implement it to make daily life a little more manageable and a little less suffocating.  I hope you like it! This is really important to me so please share it and leave a rating and review so more people can see it!! Have a beautiful day.

Tune into your Relationship with Food & Body
Hello! I'll start off by saying this is NOT just an episode for people with eating disorders. It applies to anyone who has experienced restrictive eating, disordered eating, fear foods, overexercise, and/or a clinically diagnosed eating disorder. During this episode we talk about...  what constitutes needing “change” noticing ways in which little "health tweaks" can turn into unhealthy coping mechanisms  the big questions to ask yourself in order to check in visualizing what you want your life to look like the idea that you have to have a rock bottom moment in order to change your life (you do not!) Thank you for being here. Please rate and review if you have the time!

Walking Your "Why"
As inherent empaths it can be hard to say no, hard to find confidence in our inner voice, and hard to place value amongst our outside world and our own needs. Through bringing awareness to your own needs, desires, and goals it becomes more natural to choose actions and words that better align with a sustainable future. "Walking Your Why" is a phrase from the book "Emotional Agility" by Susan David. I was extremely touched by the content and decided to share some of it with you. This episode is all about understanding your unique values so you have more confidence to carry them out. We talk about self awareness, the inherent root of values, and attracting people and experiences that correspond to the way you want to live your life.  Part 2. from the "People Pleasing Mentality"

The People Pleasing Mentality
I do it & you probably do it too. People pleasing is fueled by instant gratification and an insecurity for acceptance. How can we recognize it? Where does it show up? What are the signs that it's becoming a problem? Often we find ourselves in this harsh cycle of needing external validation with people pleasing as the side effect. In this episode we dive into what it means to make decisions with a people pleasing versus authenticity approach as well as the importance of relationship integrity. Acknowledging our tendencies is the first step to investing in sustainable development.  Part 1 of a two part series.

Unclothe Your Body Image
Body image is an increasingly problematic ideal. It distracts us from life, convincing us that external controls will bring some sort of peace, but never delivering any sort of real change. What does our body image really portray? How is it affected by economic and political drivers? Listen in and unpack your own relationship to body image, how it changes, and why it even matters.
