Everyone's battle with depression and anxiety is different, but in this episode I share a list of some very practical and holistic healing methods that have genuinely helped on my own journey. I pray something on this list resonates with your or at least opens the door to you finding your own source of healing. I pray that you can feel that you are not fighting this battle alone and that the dark, desolate spaces don't last forever; spring will always follow winter. Also this is not to say that medication shouldn't be an option, because it definitely should! Even when I was on medication, I still referred to this list to help ease the dark fog I sometimes walk in.
