In this episode, I go into the importance of being the fullest expression of who you are. You came to this specific planet to be exactly who you are so why not just fully embody that? Not being ourselves robs people of the glory and gory of who we are and what they were meant to encounter from us! So I say let your freak flag fly to so other freaks may see it and come running to you! Enjoy ;)

E.9 It’s All About The Frequency We Are Tapping Into

Looking down keeps us in the past, the pain, and in the loop-track thoughts of our mind. Looking up moves us into the present, into our bodies, and into our true reality (which is always much better than what the mind comes up with lol)
The goal of this podcast is to spread light and share revelations that I've had that have helped me and others feel more connected and rooted in the heart-space, instead of the mind. The world is a truer and more enjoyable place when we're looking up, being truly connected to ourselves and in turn, the world around us.
