Welcome back to Lean in In with Lexi! Today is a super special episode because I have my amazing partner Camille on with us! I have had lots of questions about us coming up lately and wanted to bring him on to share our experiences together.
We talk about what it is like to be a family traveling together with no clear end in sight, and how that affects our relationships with each other, our relationship with our belongings, and how we build new relationships on the road.
This episode was so fun, I hope you leave with some wonderful nuggets of inspiration that support you living life at a level 10!

(1:28) The male perspective on what it is like to be a nomad with a family.
(4:50) How the work-life balance has been on the road.

Welcome back to lean in with Lexi! I am super excited about today’s episode and hope you find it helpful.
Today’s episode is all about the “diet” mentality, and this is really targeted more towards females. As a personal trainer and nutritionist I have had hundreds of women come to me with this number of the “perfect calorie intake”, and they think this will be the recipe that will give them the body of their dreams but in reality, it is a recipe for disaster.
This episode came about because I made an Instagram reel about why 1200 calories is actually not a good number to attempt to lose weight or be healthy, and I got A LOT of feedback. So I feel obligated as a nutritionist and certified personal trainer to share this information with you.
Moments you won't want to miss:
(2:00) Why 1200 is NOT a magic number for weight loss or being healthy at all.
(6:32) The result of not eating enough nutrients, or calories

Welcome to Lean IN with Lexi my friend! Today I want to talk about how you become a minimalist, and how we became minimalists as a family. Everybody’s journey to minimalism is different so take this with a grain of salt and take the things that will work for you. Everybody has a different sense of what is important to them because everyone is living different lives. This is our story and how we adapted to living in a 40 foot RV, with four people and a dog.
Minimalism is downsizing to living with only the things you absolutely need, living in a tiny house, in a small apartment, or RV. It is living with less stuff so you can live more with your heart, your compassion, your joys. This lifestyle is very hard to get into because you have to let go of things that you may have attached meaning to that really don’t have meaning.
I hope this episode leaves you with some nuggets to take into your daily life.
Moments you won't want to miss:
(1:00) What is minimalism?
(5:30) Tip 1: to becoming a minimalist: Create your clean slate
(6:24) Tip 2: Use it or lose it
(11:00) How to minimize space

Hello, my friends! Welcome back to Lean IN with Lexi, I am so grateful you are tuning in.
This week I wanted to talk about something that I am personally dealing with right now, if you follow me on social media you have seen our updates and I encourage you to check out my Instagram if that is something you enjoy.
We have not been traveling much this month, we have been staying in my hometown at my parent’s house right now. This is wonderful, and we are so grateful for the opportunity. BUT we have the itch, the itch to move and travel like we normally do. My husband had a lot of work come in that he needed to be on-site for, and we also are taking this time to do renovations on the RV. So it is a blessing, but you also get a bit of a fog or depression that comes over you when you are in the same place for a long time and that is not your normal routine.
So, today I want to give you some ways to work through your post-travel blues or post-travel depression. As well as why these phases are important to process to keep growing and thriving.
Moments you will not want to miss:
(1:15) Why we are feeling the post-travel blues right now.
(2:52) How post-travel depression can show up in your life
(3:28) How to cope with your post-travel blues when they come up for you.
(5:39) Why sharing your travel stories is an amazing way to combat your post-travel depression.

Hi Friends! Welcome back to Lean IN with Lexi!
Today I am bringing up something that has been weighing on my heart for a while now. I really felt the pull to share this information in case there are women or girls who are unknowingly suffering from the side effects of breast implants.
I will never forget how this came to be. I literally had to talk it over with my Grandmother, who knew I would come to regret it and I am just now realizing her words of wisdom through all of this experience. I believe that sometimes you have to go through the mistakes to come out on the other end, and learn what you need to learn.
When I got my breast implants I never spoke about them to anyone, I even sometimes would say they were not implants. I think I would do this because deep down I knew they were not quite a good idea for me that they were not what I thought they would be.
I later learned about breast plant illness, and I was experiencing pretty much every single symptom that was listed. I was completely shocked and I want to share this with you so that you know what you may or may not be getting yourself into my friend.
(1:10) The thing that has been weighing on me about breast implants.
(4:50) The underlying signs of breast plant illness that I was experiencing.
(7:15) Life is too short to keep this burden, let it out.

Welcome back, friends!
Today I want to talk about getting in tune with your feelings. I feel that society isn’t big on encouraging people to explore or express their emotions. This is especially true with social media, all everyone ever shows is their highlight reel of life and typically that is hardly any bit of that person's actual life. Our real lives are filled with the ebb and flow of emotions, and when we do not express them, or get in touch with them they fester in our bodies leading to physical harm in some cases.
Take this as your sign to stop and ask yourself if you are truly taking the time to get in touch with your emotions. You deserve it, and in this episode, I share how I know when my emotions are being bottled up. I also share how you can begin to understand your emotions and wherein the body may trigger tightness or pains.
Emotions are messengers for what we want, and what we need to address in our lives. I hope this episode helps you, and if you have any major takeaways share them with me on Instagram! @alexis
Powerful moments you won't want to miss!
(1:50) How to get more in touch with your emotions.
(4:00) How I know when my emotions are needing attention in my own life.
(7:10) Ways that you can release your emotions.
(9:01) Understanding where your emotions are triggered in your body.
(11:05) Learn about the ties between addictions and our emotions.
(12:00) Understanding sadness.
