Baseball is over and thats OK!......We are headed to an even year folks!   I went to Chicago for Empower PT and heard lots about the future of PT.  The theme and topic for sure was the Patient experience.  I was fortunate enough to see and hear John Woolf in the Keynote talking about Relationship Centered Care...My FAV word in Healthcare today.
