
Walking is the best exercise what if we walk mindfully and that too barefooted on grass. Mindful walking has manifold benefits. Nature soothes our souls. Coordinating walking pace with breathing pace is just right to refuel and balance our energies. Spending morning time with ourselves is the best gift we can give to ourselves.
