Love, listening to Naihomy’s podcast with regularity because she’s just very soothing, with really good practical advice for improving and maintaining your overall well-being. I’m a fairly new listener and after a couple of episodes I realized that she’s a gem. So glad she’s part of my health and wellness circle now 🫶🏼

Always learning always motivating
I came across Naihomy’s podcast at such a low point in my life where I was feeling absolutely horrible- brain fog, sluggish, hopeless about feeling better. She inspired me to not only feel hopeful that things can get better, but actually implementing her tips actually made me feel better! I then took the next step to retain her services and I’m always learning new ways about how food affects my hormones and how they directly make me feel. She is constantly motivating me to make myself a priority. Will never thank her enough.
