Show notes
Episode 50 talks about surviving narcissistic abuse, featuring Paige Bryan. Listen now!
Native Angeleno and the daughter of comedian and entertainer Sinbad, Paige Bryan is born a natural performer. She’s embarked on a musical journey to create a sound and style that, as Paige states, “best reflects the vulnerabilities, complexities and joys of the woman and artist she is becoming.”
Throughout her career, Paige has opened for and/or shared the stage with some of today’s most notable artists including: Erykah Badu, Macy Gray, Jennifer Hudson, Eric Benét, Brian Culbertson, Eric Darius and Ledisi and more. Her television appearances include The Mo’Nique Show, The Today Show and her family's reality series Sinbad: It’s Just Family.
Viewing her talents as a gift and calling, Paige is driven by the hope that sharing the truths of her own life experiences will inspire and encourage others in the same manner music has inspired and encouraged her. Paige wrote and starred in Life and Times of a Single Angeleno (L & X); a web- series based around her dating exploits as a single black woman in Los Angeles.
You can follow Paige on Instagram & TikTok.
Tune in this week as Paige shares her own experience around surviving narcissistic abuse. She was engaged to someone she thought was her knight in shining armor, whom later turned out to be a sociopathic narcissist. The conversation we had will take you on an emotional rollercoaster🎢 , but I know that hearing her story will help someone who may also be a victim of narcissistic abuse & not even realize it.
A huge thank you to Paige for coming onto the podcast & sharing her truth with my audience. I said it before & I’ll say it again…the way we can continue to heal from what we’ve gone through in life is to talk about it and change the narrative around these taboo topics.
