Kateryn & I met earlier this year thanks to a virtual summit called Manifiesta and I loved her energy. We instantly clicked and I knew I wanted her to come on the podcast to share her story.
Tune in this week as Kateryn shares her own experience around surviving sexual assault as a child and how sheās been on her healing journey to find the gem in her. Our conversation was honest, real & raw (yāall already know the vibes we bring to this show!) and I know that hearing her story and advice will help a listener begin the process to heal from your own challenging life experiences and look within to find your own gem!šāØ
