We understand that there’s no one way to achieve harmony, which is why we’re taking a multidisciplinary look at big topics that help us find balance in the multifaceted systems of our being. Staying true to the TPM mission of building bridges between disciplines and communities, episodes include insights from health-care professionals, wellness practitioners, teachers of both movement and mind-body practices, and other experts and specialists who can bring clarity and context to this conversation. The discussions will empower and challenge our beliefs, build up our foundational knowledge, and boost our connectedness to our own bodies and each other. Together, we’ll figure out The Body Puzzle one piece at a time.

In this episode Alison West shares how she used the breath to support her Covid-19 recovery.  Alison guides us through her journey over the years with her yoga and how her anatomy informed teachering harness the power of the breath.  She provides examples of how we can get creative with props to support our breath practices in times of recovery and beyond.
