The Small Things Matter - The little things matter. Celebrating even small wins will give you the motivation to keep going until you reach your final goal. If you’re focusing on one big goal, try splitting it into steps so that you’re seeing progress. Don’t forget to reward yourself as you hit benchmarks and milestones!
Exercise Is Hard But Key -
your everyday life:
According to a study from 2017, exercise creates better blood flow to the hippocampus region of your brain — a region that’s crucial for your memory. This translates into better working memory and focus. You’ll be more productive and efficient.
Physical activity also clears your mind and delivers a rush of oxygen to your tissues that helps your organs work more efficiently, which gives you more physical energy.
And, of course, exercise makes a big difference to your long-term health, helping prevent chronic health conditions such as type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, according to the Mayo Clinic. Your best self is a healthy self.
Speak Up - Your opinion is important. Stand up and speak up. It may be nerve-wracking, but the more you practice, the more confident you’ll feel.
Failure Is Good - In order to experience growth, you’ll need to get out of your comfort zone. You’ll never develop new skills, discover new interests and passions, or experience personal growth without risks.

How To Become The Best Version Of Yourself (Part 1)
Stop Procrastinating - set micro goals (small goals that lead up to the big one and are easier to get done) Set Deadlines. Make Task More enjoyable.
Prioritize You & Only You - You’ll never feel fulfilled if you live trying to meet someone else's expectations. Instead, channel your effort and energy toward what matters to you. That may be your family, travel, or reading a good book regularly. Only you can determine what’s most important to your happiness and sense of purpose in life. Spend time around people who encourage positive self-talk and make you feel good about yourself.
3. Don’t sweat the small stuff - Unexpected events will undoubtedly arise as you go through life. You’ll make errors and embarrass yourself. That’s okay. Learn from your mistakes and setbacks and be grateful for the progress you’re making.
Help Is Okay - Your pride can hold you back from accepting praise and evolving. Try to work against this, and accept help rather than denying it.
Cleanse From Social Media - Platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and even Linkedin are deeply embedded in our lives. But even as social media keeps us connected and informed, it can lead to comparison and self-doubt. If you find that scrolling your feeds leaves you feeling down, not uplifted, try to establish boundaries. And if you feel inadequate as you browse social media, remember people tend to post their highlights, not low moments.

As people, we have so much going on in our lives and sometimes mental health is at the bottom of our list, but I am here to tell you it should be number one.
but I am not telling you to quit your job because it's draining you mentally because that is unrealistic. But if your job is draining you mentally, I'm here to tell you it is all in your head because when you're off the clock you can let all that stress go, when you take your breaks take 3 deep breaths to drink some water go outside
how good your mental health can determine your day most of the time. If you wake from a good night's sleep you are probably ready to take on the day because thanks to that good rest your mind is in a good mood so the rest of your body is also feeling good, your mind controls everything
So how do I keep my mental good throughout the day?
Take it easy and value yourself - don't cloud your mind with negative affirmations, if something negative happens just say I will get through this
Take care of your body - I only have one thing to say and that is to drink a cup of water first thing in the morning and I promise you feel amazing
Quiet your mind - Try meditating, Mindfulness, and/or prayer. Relaxation exercises and prayer can improve your state of mind and outlook on life. In fact, research shows that meditation may help you feel calm and enhance the effects of therapy.

I think this is the hardest and most crucial thing to do when you are trying to self-improve and better yourself. Disconnecting
my advice is once a week take a day where u are not working and have nothing going on, read a book, go for a walk, take a long bath and enjoy a face mask, cook for yourself, and talk to yourself this day should be all about you power your phone off binge your fav tv shows
doing this will not only make u happy but will improve your mental health because you're taking time to enjoy yourself and let go of any stress you had the previous day

I hope you guys enjoyed this episode about getting rid of fake relationships.
Here's What I Talked About
1. how to get rid of negative family members? if this family member is constantly picking on you, always critiquing you, or always gossiping about you. the best way to distance yourself from that negative relationship is to block their number and if there are any family functions and you know they're going to be there you don't have to go this is not you being mad or a bad family member it is simply just you not wanting their negativity in your life.
2. getting rid of fake friends - friends who always ask you for something, you're always giving them something and you never get anything in return this friend gossips about other people you know around you or is constantly downplaying your dreams and goals. It's easier to get rid of friends than family members cuz your not gonna see them at a random birthday party or something. but it is defiantly harder to get rid of a friendship that has been there for a long time you two and been through a lot together, but in that situation communication is key, you should talk to them and say hey I know we r very close but I am going in a different direction in life right now and I don't see you in it and maybe we day we can be friends again but as of now for my mental health its better if I distance myself from you.

Six ways To use music has a productivity tool.
1. Music with lyrics kills your productivity.
2. Familiar music is best for focus.
3. Listening to music during repetitive tasks helps you complete them quicker, with fewer errors, and less boredom.
4. For cognitive tasks, no music is best, with one exception.
5. Upbeat music can boost physical performance.
6. Listening to music between tasks can boost productivity.
The bottom line here is that music makes the world go round and productivity go up. Just follow these notes and you'll be singing a more productive tune.
