Jennifer Trevino is the Executive Director of Leadership Fort Worth, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and connecting diverse leaders to serve as catalysts for a vibrant, sustainable community. She graduated valedictorian of her high school and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas Tech University and a master's degree in marketing from Texas Christian University. Armed with academic accolades and early professional success, Jennifer felt a calling to give back to her community. She began volunteering with the Fort Worth Chapter of Hispanic Women's Network of Texas (HWNT), mentoring high school Latina women - and her community activism only grew from there. Her list of boards, committees, task forces, and commissions is long and diverse - and led to a run for the Fort Worth City Council in 2016. Professionally, Jennifer has served as Chief of Staff for UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth; Chief Development Officer for Girls Inc. of Tarrant County; and currently, as Executive Director of Leadership Fort Worth. Jennifer is also a proud 2009 alumn of Leadership Fort Worth, which trains and develops leaders to serve the greater good. Jennifer is only the third executive director in the organization's 50-year history. She said she hopes people will remember her one day as someone who "left things better than they were."
