My name is Reta and I created this podcast to promote self care on various levels. I was diagnosed with having a Mental Illness, CPTSD and Anxiety. It’s time for mental illness to be normal. It’s time to break generational curses, trauma bonds, negative habits, negative core beliefs and more. It is time to go from survivor to thriver. I am not a licensed therapist nor a psychiatrist but I have a great deal of knowledge and information to share.
