Stephen is back on the podcast and I was so happy that he said yes when I asked if we could talk about A life with Pip. In August 2021 Stephen performed A Life with Pip for Theatre Absolute's artistic program HUMANISTAN. This performance was both live in theater and streamed online. In A Life With PIP, Stephen explores his experiences of applying for the PIP (or Personal Independence Payment) disability benefit. It's raw, honest, funny, infuriating and moving.
