#6 Linda Fischer - Running and Postnatal Depression
Linda Fischer is a mother of three active young boys. After the birth of her third child she was diagnosed with postnatal depression and hit rock bottom. She knew that something had to change, so she turned to running. It started out running 5k's which turned to 10k's then eventually to marathons and even ultramarathons! In this episode we dive into how running has changed her life and provided her with an escape from the craziness of her day to day life. #5 Ben Blowes - 31 Marathons in 31 Days
Ben Blowes completed  31 marathons in 31 days in December 2020. He raised a whopping total of nearly £200,000 pounds for Toms Trust, a charity dedicated to helping children with brain tumors. Ben attempted to run all marathons in under 4 hours and was able to do so until injuries arose and threatened to derail him from even finishing this challenge.
