From Sick to Plant-Based: Diane's Journey to Health and Conscious Living

I shared that I had hypertension at a young age and was getting sicker as I got older, despite not realizing that food played a significant role in my health. After a doctor's visit, I learned that my gut issues were related to what I was eating, which prompted me to go plant-based.
