I am not a naturally organized, put-together person, nor am I a naturally happy person; in fact, I’ve been called Eeyore before. And yet, I live a joyous life and create some amazing things in the world. How? I depend on tools: I do Mastering Overwhelm because I get overwhelmed, and I do Only 10s because I have ADHD. I go through my routines and habits and practices every morning.
In this episode, I discuss how you can have a happy, joyful life by doing what I do. I describe the habits and routines that shape my day and life. I also highlight how reading can shape your perspective for a happier life and share some of the books that have impacted me.
“The reason I have the life that I have and the joy that I have is because I do what I do. If you want what I have, you need to do what I do—and you have to do it for you.” - Mark J. Silverman
