11. How you might be suffering from depression and not know it.
In this episode, Craig talks about some symptoms you might be experiencing which could indicate you're suffering from depression. Using his personal experience with depression, he covers lots of different things he experienced changing in his life over a period of 6-9 months from 2021 into 2022, which made him realise something was wrong and get help.
