After a post about leaving her job that went viral on LinkedIn, Laura went all in to fill in a gap within the fashion industry: the lack of options for petite 30-something year olds.&nbsp;
Having no experience at all, this ambitious petite took a huge leap of faith and now, 18 months later and 5 collections in, she's found her stride and is helping small women be proud to be petite with limited edition pieces.&nbsp;
