In Berlin bereitet sie sich auf die Barista Weltmeisterschaft, die in diesem Jahr in Athen stattfinden soll, vor. Sie röstet Kaffee für die Kaffeekirsche, arbeitet als Barista und gibt freiberuflich Seminare und Consultings rund um das Thema Kaffee. Ihr erstes Jahr in Berlin ist stark von Covid19 geprägt... Sie lässt sich aber nicht unter kriegen!

Seit letztem November hat er zudem sein Rent a Barista Catering. 2020 wär Ernst auch Dritt-Platzierter im Swiss Brewers Cup.

Adriana Rehn ist Senior Sales Representative bei dem Spezialitäten-Rohkaffeehändler Cafe Imports Europe. Seit elf Jahren ist sie aktiver Teil der Specialty Coffee Szene. Eigentlich würde sie gerade in Kolumbien die Partner vor Ort persönlich kennenlernen. Wie sich der Alltag und das Zusammenspiel mit den Kunden in den letzten Monaten verändert hat und was ihr während Covid-19 am meisten fehlt, berichtet sie hier.

André Eiermann ist leidenschaftlicher Kaffeeliebhaber. In den letzten Jahren hat er u.a. eine Kaffeeakademie gegründet, eine Spezialitätenkaffeeline lanciert, erfolgreich an Barista Meisterschaften teilgenommen und Coffee Workshops rund um die Welt gegeben. Seine Erlebnisse hat er vor kurzem in seinem Buch “ Inspire and Get Inspired” zusammengefasst. Nun wartet er auf die Grenzöffnung von Australien, um seine Kaffeereise in Melbourne fortsetzen zu können.
