Welcome back to a new episode of In My Truth! In this unique episode, my friend Travis Nesta interprets a dream of mine and teaches us how we can begin to find meaning from our dreams.
Travin Nesta helps people analyze their dreams and life experiences so that they can align to their highest potential and find freedom in their daily lives. He has always had an intense passion for psychology and analyzing the dynamics within and between people, but he never thought he would use this passion in his work in the world. For the majority of his life he did not remember his dreams because of excessive caffeine use, but decided to embark on a shamanic plant dieta — which requires the removal of caffeine among other things. During a plant dieta, dreams are known to become very powerful and vivid. Through this experience he finally began to remember his dreams for what felt like the first time, which allowed him to reconnect with a lost aspect of himself - dreams are an intimate & vital part of each human’s experience. It was one of the most important times in his entire life — finally feeling connected to himself in a way that he didn’t even think was possible. He did not even realize that he had been so disconnected from himself for so long simply because he was not remembering his dreams. It didn’t take long before he became obsessed with dreams, learning absolutely everything he could about them — not realizing how powerful they actually are! Now it is part of his mission to inspire others to work with their dreams in order to connect with themselves on a deeper level and to use them to heal and spiritually evolve at a tremendous pace.
-
In this episode, we dive into:
How dreams can help us reconnect with ourselves
A recent dream of Sarah’s
How we can begin to find representation within our dreams
How becoming aware of our dreams helps us heal
How doing the work in our lives can make our dreams more expansive and meaningful
Letting go of our old selves and stepping into our potential
