They are also working extremely well by reducing social isolation for the vulnerable Nepalese in the Rushmoor Area. In this episode, I talk to the Co-founders of Project Together. Sushila explains the important role of a social prescriber and how Project Tother is reducing social isolation. Roshni explains the main aims of Project Together. Bhawana provides us feedbacks from the participants and the benefits of volunteering.
