I am delighted to welcome our first guest speaker: Bhawana Limbu who is a Nepalese Community Mental Health Recovery Worker.

In this episode, Bhawana gives us a glimpse of what it is like working in Mental health and supporting Nepalese people living in the UK.

We discuss secondary mental health care: CMHRS and EIIP and the difference between these teams and what support is available. 

Lastly, Bhawana gives advice for anyone in need of support and amazing tips to cope with Worry!

Bhawana is also a key member of @hamiunited- an online community who aims to promote social cohesion and eradicate Caste Based Discrimination in the UK Nepalese community.
