How to get the attention and engagement of your audience
Internet-based "work alone together" options make COVID-19 social distancing doable for many businesses. If you're used to working in-person with coworkers and/or customers, moving to a virtual format means that you cannot rely on eye contact or body language signals to make sure people are listening.
