Who killed Elizabeth Short, aka the Black Dahlia? We can’t say for sure, but tune in to find out more! In this week’s episode, Shelby and Charlie pull the curtains away from one of America’s most gruesome unsolved murders, the case of Elizabeth Short, the “Black Dahlia.” Born and raised in Massachusetts in 1924, Elizabeth was one of 5 daughters of Cleo and Phoebe Short. With her father having abandoned the family, later found to be living in California, Elizabeth, her mother, and siblings would be left to fend for themselves. Soon after finding out her father was in California, she went to stay with him and wanted to become an actress.
