In this episode of Cafecito Time con Yaddy, we’re talking about healing your inner child. Many of the fears, insecurities, and emotional triggers we experience as adults can be connected to experiences from our childhood. When those early needs for love, safety, or validation weren’t fully met, our younger selves can still carry those wounds.Today, we’re talking about what the inner child really is, how childhood experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and our relationships, and the signs that your inner child might still need healing. I’ll also share simple and compassionate ways to begin reconnecting with that younger version of yourself so you can start giving yourself the love, understanding, and support you may have needed back then.Journal Prompt: What did my younger self need that I didn’t always receive?Disclaimer: The content shared on Cafecito Time con Yaddy is for educational and informational purposes only and is based on personal experiences and general wellness discussions.
