Ken Zhang is a fitness professional who works with people from all walks of life. It doesn't matter if you're an overweight individual striving to lose a few pounds or if you're an avid fitness enthusiast looking to take it to the next level. Ken can help you all become a stronger version of "you".

Ken believes that attaining true mental, physical and emotional balance is a lifelong journey. This holistic approach to fitness and health is paramount to success in all areas of life.

Ken has worked at various kickboxing, athletic and rehabilitation training facilities for over 3 years. Over the years Ken has worked with a variety of individuals ranging from people with disabilities (e.g. Cerebral Palsy) to firefighters, paramedics, policemen and elite athletes that play at the national level (e.g. Luke Willson of the Seattle Seahawks NFL).

Ken is certified in Canfitpro Personal Trainer Specialist, Ontario Fitness Council RHEP- Personal Trainer & Group Exercise, Twist Advanced Functional Training and Fitness Kickboxing Canada.

Ken completed his Fitness and Health Promotion program with honours from Centennial College and attends fitness events and workshops to continue his lifelong journey of learning.
