From Size M to XS: Carmen's Journey Through the Fight Fitness 6 Week Challenge
Carmen MerΓ­n, a 39-year-old youth worker, had always been interested in fitness and working out. However, her busy schedule often left her with little time to dedicate to her health and well-being. How A Busy Mom's Fitness Transformation Helped Her Family
Lacy had been struggling with her weight for over two years and had been unable to drop below 192lbs. Despite walking consistently and doing up to 10K steps a day, her weight wouldn't budge and she feared for her health in the long term.   After experiencing an episode of high blood pressure, Lacy realized that she needed to make a significant change in her life.
