2014年，我曾读过这首诗，当时我二十多岁；时隔12年，我重新练习英语发音，尝试着用嘴巴的后半部分发音，也尝试把元音和双元音发得更加饱满，在练习了一周后，重新录下了这首诗，附上音标，希望对需要提高发音的朋友有所帮助。

需要特别发“饱满”的元音提示：

· 长元音：/iː/（sleep, deep, read）、/ɑː/（are, bars, stars）、/ɔː/（your, false, or）、/ɜː/（Murmur）、/uː/（you, true, beauty）

· 双元音：/eɪ/（grey, take, grace, face, changing, paced）、/aɪ/（by, eyes, fire, beside）、/əʊ/（old, slowly, shadows, moments, Soul, glowing, overhead）、/aʊ/（down, how, mountains, crowd）、/eə/（their）

读这些音时，口型要到位，长元音要拉足，双元音要有明显的滑动感。

当你老了，头发花白，睡意沉沉

And nodding by the fire, take down this book

倦坐在炉边，取下这本书来

你那柔美的神采与深幽的晕影

How many loved your moments of glad grace
