In this 3 part series, Gordon will be diving into the critical things that people who are new to fitness NEED to know and become great at in order to be successful.


In each part of the 3-part series, we will be addressing one specific piece of what makes people successful. In this first part, we will be talking ALL about mindset. Included in mindset are these 5 sub-categories:


  1. Setting the goal
  2. Identifying the reason for the goal
  3. Identifying the benefits of achieving that goal
  4. Visualizing the goal
  5. Accepting the goal


There's a TON of value here, especially if you are new to fitness OR you are returning to fitness from a long time off. I promise you, that if you adopt these 5 mindset characteristics, you will have an incredibly difficult time NOT reaching your goals and being able to sustain them.
