People who are successful in fitness all have a few things in common.


Yes, they work out a lot (mostly).


Yes, they care about their nutrition.


Yes, most of them have a fitness coach helping them craft the perfect strategy.


But, what most people don't know is that there are some other traits that set people who are successful in fitness APART from those who are unsuccessful.


The list, which we dive DEEP into within this episode is:


  1. They are consistent in training AND nutrition
  2. They do everything with purpose aka strategically
  3. They put like-minded people around them, even remotely (coach, mastermind, etc)
  4. They prioritize health and fitness because being selfish is selfless
  5. They are patient and can wait out a bad day, week or month when motivation isn’t 100%
