I was intrigued by Alex’s kindness podcast and couldn’t stop listening to it. The way she executed it drew me in and I thought there was a lot of valuable information given. I can’t wait to listen to the rest!

I jumped into this podcast E5 and can’t wait to go back and listen from E1. The focus on self-reflection and honesty with yourself and others is refreshing and thought provoking. True kindness evaluation was well delivered and inspirational.
