I’ve struggled with my own journey of dieting, restricting calories, just to binge for hours on end on food, in or out of my house. I lost 40 pounds throughout my own weightloss journey, learning along the way what I should and shouldn’t have done, and I’m going to share all of my tips with you so your weightloss journey can be so much simpler. We’re going to talk about all things fitness, nutrition, health, diet, wellness, workout, exercise, food prep, food science, mental health, lifestyle, and fat loss advice and knowledge that I’ve learned and accumulated along the way.My main mantra: The best body is the one you create without a diet.
