I’m loving this podcast. I’m a young farmer in Indiana, and this podcast makes me feel connected to what’s happening nationally. Can’t wait for more episodes.

I became interested in farming and policy through my climate activism and this podcast has been SO amazing to listen to while I'm trying to understand what the agricultural community is going through and the type of policies we need to be shaping. I have no relationship to rural America and this podcast has made me feel so connected to these communities. Those of us who live in urban areas should be much more involved in how our food is produced. We all eat! Thank you for what you do—I hope this podcast contiues!!

I am a college student considering a career in agronomy/soil science. I love this podcast's treatment of issues in food and agriculture: it's very 'human,' presented in everyday language, and I think fundamentally optimistic, even in its coverage of very difficult topics. We need more media like this!

I held off on listening to this podcast because I assumed at the ripe old age of 34 I no longer qualify as a ‘young’ farmer. And perhaps I don’t but regardless I’m glad I got over my weird hangups. I binge listened to the whole season over Christmas. Such a great podcast. Thoughtful, diverse but simultaneously cohesive topics that effect all farmers.

I was expecting this to be a podcast about farming for farmers only, but it's interesting and important for anybody who cares about the food system. Impressed by how much ground is covered--policy, conservation, climate, economics. A great range of guests. Smart, nuanced conversations. Very important in the current political climate!
