In this episode, April guides you through a meditation that focuses on feeling "enough". Especially during tough times it can be difficult to access feeling like you are good enough or doing enough. Doing this practice Evan help remind you that regardless of your situation, you have enough, you do enough, and you are enough. Special thanks to Dr Home and the MindKind Fellowship for this practice.

I had a request from a friend to provide a general meditation for calming that could also be used for falling asleep. This meditation is a basic body scan that guides you through gradual relaxation of the body. You'll notice it ends abruptly and this is in case you are using it to fall asleep. You can exit your meditation at that time or continue to sit in silence. Let me know if you would like more meditations accessible through our podcast. Thanks for listening!

How to deal with life not going your way? In this episode we are recording right off Jay putting out a fire. We talk about accepting that changes are constant and how to respond mindfully instead of from a place of fear or anger. We review what happens to the brain in a stress response and how to mitigate that when making decisions. We hope you enjoy and please share with others who may benefit.

In this episode, we talk about the issues we have had in starting this podcast, from tech issues to rambling episodes that go nowhere. We show the process of coming to awareness in the HOW we want to do things. We talk about the importance of intention, purpose, and preparedness when taking on any venture in life. (We talkin bout practice!) We want to highlight the process as the path and that we do not strive for perfection in anything we do. The value in this episode comes from showing our process, an example of a coaching session, and some ways in which you can improve your process in your work.
