Already seen the whole Silo…STILL LISTEN TO THIS
I watched Silo twice before ever seeking out a podcast and am so delighted I’m listening to this podcast. I tried another one that didn’t even notice the screen glitch during the power outage (boooo) and switched over to this one. I love how one host knows the book and the other is just experiencing the show. It’s so much fun listening to both of them experiencing this show and the ways they are guessing at what comes next (especially the incorrect guesses even with book knowledge). But to both hosts great credit they have amazing insights and thoughts that really deepen my view of the show (and probably my third viewing). I love this show and this podcast

Worth a listen
Elysia and Luke are funny, thoughtful, insightful, and thorough in their coverage of Silo. I am excited for their coverage of Dune as well. If you’re looking for a silo podcast, look no further. These guys are the best

Great discussions!
Just started watching Silo and now listening to this podcast after each episode. I really like both the people in the podcast. They have different discussion styles and different experiences with the story (one read the books, one did not). I like getting the little snippets from the books (although one of the early book readings revealed a little too much, maybe edit that out!). Thanks for a great podcast! It takes a lot of time and effort to create this and it is so much fun for us fans!

Just what I was looking for
There is a recap but also a discussion about each major beat. It’s fun as a book reader to hear Luke’s theories and hear a little tinge of amusement in Elysia’s voice listening to him, (although there were parts of the show that we really were just as blind as non book readers). They have a lovely gentle yet playful rapport! I love that Elysia reads passages from the book as well, shedding light on other aspects that I may have missed in the episode, and hearing other fans ideas and look forward to more!

Nurtures my obsession with show and book
I love this podcast! Not only are both hosts engaging and knowledgeable, but Elysia is a delight. I intentionally look for femme perspectives in podcasts, and it can be rare in podcasts about shows I love. I started out only a show watcher, but read Wool during the season, and having the viewpoints from both hosts has been great. Would I love an episode the day after the show airs? Of course, but they are thoroughly worth the wait!

Too Late!
I really want to like this more but they need to release episodes within a day or two of the show airing.

Love this in-depth and spoiler-safe show
I love this show. Elysia and Luke do an outstanding job dissecting each episode of Silo from the perspective of a book reader (with no spoilers) and someone coming to the series with fresh eyes, respectively. They both bring interesting insights and opinions about the show with an easy rapport. I completely understand frustration from others about the timeliness of posting but it’s important to remember that producing a podcast of this length isn’t done in the snap of a finger. It’s a ton of work and that’s after devoting several hours just to record. The podcast itself is worth every bit of the wait and each of the five-stars in my rating.

Best Silo Recap, slow release schedule
I listened to a couple Silo recap podcasts before determining this was my favorite. The the host manages the discussion really well and James Corden brings his shrewd humor to each show as the non-book reader. My only quibble is that they took a really long time to release the episode 8 recap, so long that I’d already watched episode 9. I know Mr Corden is a busy man, but I do wish they’d strive to release their recaps within a few days of the show’s episode release.

Releases too late
I like this podcast but it gets released on Apple Podcasts over a week after the previous episode airs! It’s so frustrating for it to be so far behind the actual latest episode. Not worth waiting for.

Best Podcast of Best New Show
As a book reader, I was eager for the new AppleTV series. As someone who enjoys thinking more than absolutely necessary about my latest favorite show, I looked immediately for a podcast dedicated to the Hugh Howie inspired program. I tried a couple others before Elysia and Luke and the Lorehounds, but they caught me with their thorough, but engaging and insightful analysis. They don’t waste my time with what they ate for breakfast, but do share personal information when it adds to the analysis. In the process, I’ve grown to really like the hosts themselves as people.

The Ultimate Podcast for Silo Fans, Book Lovers, and Newcomers!
I can't contain my excitement about "Silo Breakdown"! This podcast has become my absolute favorite. Elysia and Luke are an incredible hosting duo who delve into Silo with passion and expertise. As a book lover, Elysia's insights into the differences between the books and the show are a treat. I love how Luke shares his unfiltered thoughts and predictions, making me feel like we're experiencing Silo together. What's even better is that the podcast is spoiler-free, keeping the surprises intact.

Warning! Book readers only.
She spoiled one of the big season long plot points in the first podcast. It is unique that she reads passages from the books. But I will only listen to this podcast after the series finale. I am a bit disappointed that this tv show will be less for me. I was getting into it. Well I am very disappointed.

Best Silo Podcast
I’ve listened to several Silo podcasts and this is the only one where at least one person has read the book. Why is this important? To understand the differences between the original story and the TV show. I read the trilogy several years ago and love to be reminded about the great story-telling of Wool. Elysia will read excerpts from the book to remind us how great this novel was. Great podcast!

Best podcast for Silo, brings in bits from books without spoiling it. Well versed in speculative lit. & tv/film. They bring greater depth to show.
