I was recently interviewed on Dr. Azi's "Within Us" podcast. I have been interviewed on many podcasts, but this was the first time I felt the interviewer took a genuine interest in me, rather than focusing only on my work and tools I have created. I was floored during one of the interview when Azi stopped me mid-sentence to elaborate on a story I was sharing about getting very sick and nearly dying. I was surprised how much sincerity, caring, and curiosity she offered as she took me back to that scary time in my life. Rather than rushing through the interview, she allowed the conversation to unfold in its own time. Azi is a gem of an interviewer. I originally found Dr Azi when she interviewed Noah benShea on insight timer. Since that day, I have listened to all of Dr. Azi’s podcasts. She is so genuinely kind. Dr Azi presents a great mix of serenity in the modern world and insights from her array of guest perspectives. She provokes through her own reflections on finding insights through everyday life. Great show and person!

I caught up on this series on a cross country trip. Wow! A very productive way to spend six hours. The guests are so interesting and unique, and the host explores how each of their lives is enriched by their spiritual perspective. The conversations are well organized and focused, and there is always a clearly explained “takeaway” to apply to the listener’s life.

Every time I listen, I walk away with insights and inspiration for living a truly happy life.
