Show notes
Every day, we are faced with hundreds of decisions.
Starting from what to do when the alarm goes off,
To how much sugar to add to our morning coffee,
The list is endless.
Most of the time, what we decide doesn’t matter all that much.
Because the consequences aren't life changing.
But what if you are deciding whether to move,
Or take that job,
Or leave that relationship,
Or have that child,
Some decisions like these CAN indeed be life altering.
[Sometimes, we are so scared of the potential consequences that we just stay paralysed,
Which itself becomes a decision.]
What if we had a framework for making decisions that we KNEW were right, and we could stand by no matter the consequences?
What if you felt proud of every decision you make going forward?
This is the goal of today’s episode.
Let’s jump in!
