Typical zealotry. Not anything sophisticated or deep understanding of real world markets and finance. Just a bunch of hyperbole and cult members throwing their sayings and phrases back and forth to each other. Same clown show as most Bitcoin podcasts. I say this as a bitcoiner.

He brings Trump into his podcasts too much. Funny, I thought journalism was supposed to stick to facts. As typical with most journalists as Of late, it’s all about their emotions and thoughts. Anything but facts. What a joke.

This podcast is the best! I typically don’t like listening to podcasts. I always lose interest. Not with defiance!!! Awesome!

I mostly listen to bitcoin podcasts, but Defiance is a healthy break for exercising a different part of the mind. I enjoy Peter’s deep dive into current events and/or other topics that are not covered through traditional media channels. Peter approaches topics in a fair and balanced manner, seeking the truth in the subject he is tackling. I really enjoy listening to this professional quality podcast.

This pod is a must listen to keep up with the major financial, historical, and geo-political issues of our time. Lots of Bitcoin content with a much wider perspective than most other podcasts. Must listen!

Pete does an amazing job with his craft. He has an ability to tell a story with words and sound clips. Unbiased and fun easy listening pods. Like reading a good book. Love McLovin.

I’ve been following Pete Mac for a while now as a Bitcoin investor, so I knew going in he was coming at his ventures with a kindred spirit to my own. But it only took a few episodes of Defiance to understand just how well he has his finger on the pulse of the current moment with this podcast. I understood this fully with the episode with Tangle journalist Isaac Saul. There is a new silent majority of people who look at all this extremism on the internet and IRL and say, “not my p.o.v.”. Too loud are the voices of the minority/haters, and it’s sorely needed to elevate the voices of the more moderate majority now. Defiance is such a voice.

Pete/Danny and their guest hosts do a phenomenal job with this great content. The wide range of the pod content is a great alternative to topic/genre specific podcasts. Truly a series for everyone and you’ll even learn some new things in the process. Great work!

This podcast is superb; easy to listen to and very fascinating; I’ve long been curious about the Maxwell/Epstein connection.

Can’t recommend this podcast enough. The series on The Ghost Inside was so powerful. I’ve always been a huge fan of both Peter’s and the band’s. I am an even bigger fan now. A must listen whether they’re a metal head or not.

The comment about the volunteers not being used to an accident like that. They’re all trained the same. Wether they are in a large city or a small town. Being volunteer has no effect on their ability to help you

Each episode is chock full of information and you can tell Peter does his research. He does a great job at bringing current events and interesting ideas together to create intriguing episodes to learn from. Nice job man!

Informative interviews

Just like with his bitcoin podcast, Peter is an outstanding interviewer.

I’ve listened to Peter’s “what bitcoin did” podcast for a long time which is also top notch. This podcast is amazing! It brings his amazing personal interview style with hard hitting issues! I love this show and it’s what entertainment needs now. It brings truth without hyperbole, this is real.

This is one of the most interesting and powerful podcasts I’ve listened to. Peter puts so much work into research and has a basic understanding of the topic before going into it. Not only that, he has dialogue and pushes back on things he disagrees with. He does not try to manipulate listeners with information but instead informs you to make your own decision. He is the future of media and is a shining example of how to have civil discourse while discussing actual issues.

Peter cares a lot about digging in deep with each guest & doing a ton of prep work before each interview. Makes for some really engrossing conversations & reveals some authentic truths along the way, not just one sided talking points.

Peter’s sincerity guides us through deeply nuanced and important conversations with a fascinating array of people. It’s also really well produced.

Peter continues to provide excellent informative entertainment while he and his guests present the information in an easy to understand way. Can’t recommend this show to enough people.

Found it to be at the right length to keep one's ears attentive to, glaf that first episode is about a topic that is constantly relevant in today's society: human rights.
