I loved this podcast and i really don’t understand all the hate sophia gets. It takes a lot to put yourself out there on the internet. I found her episodes so comforting and soothing esp for a girl like me who struggles with the same things!

while i dont know her personally, sophia seems like a lovely person and i love listening to her podcast. im a teenager struggling w very similar topics to those she discusses now and those that she discusses dealing with in her teen years, so its comforting and gives me a sense of community. i dont know, maybe shes not the person i should be looking to, but shes kinda like that one friend who you are aware isnt perfect but would still be your first call. none of us are perfect, please stop sending hate her way without reason or evidence that she’s done anything wrong.

I like the topics she discusses on mental health, and confidence. I also followed her on ig I’ve been very supportive of her, I interact in her posts, dm her and even bought her paradigm shift journal. She never sees dms though, doesn’t appreciate support, which kind of threw me off tbh.

Idk… only started to listen recently to a few episodes and the speaker just sounds like a mean girl 😭 definitely not for me and the audio quality is pretty shotty sometimes

ahhh… honestly enjoyed listening to this pod when we only knew who soph’s boyfriend was by the way she talked about him and romanticized him. now that he’s actually been on the pod, underwhelming and cringe to hear him constantly interrupting her and not being able to immediately respond “no” to her question of “am I crazy?” ??? maybe that’s the dynamic that works for them but, as a sensitive person, that could never be me… lol. he really gave me the ick with a lot of the ways he responded to her questions :( maybe it’s just me, though.

Hi Sophia, I absolutely loved the love letter segment. Being able to pick up a physical copy of a persons feeling in a specific time of their lives is something I cherish so much. I’m also the type of person to keep all of my birthday cards from my family members and friends. I’ve kept the cards because I felt that it was a way for them to let me know how they feel without having to say it to me. I definitely think you should open a P.O. box for people to send letters too. Letters are so much more intimate than any text or comment. I think people should write and receive more letters to and from people in their lives. Love you and this pod!! 💓

Heyyy! Love the podcast💘 As humans we tend to want to get the last word in and we are already thinking of what we want to say before the person we are talking to is even finished talking. I know this is something i’m working on and as a listener and lover of your podcast i had some feedback as it was hard to listen to the latest episode with Sian. It seemed like you guys are really great friends and can finish each others sentences, however as a podcast host i feel that it is good to listen more and speak less when a guest is joining you. I know it can be so hard as i struggle with this also on an everyday basis. Sian had a lot of beautiful, insightful things to say, however i felt like you were would cutting her off while she was talking and would talk louder than her in which she was not able to finish what she would start saying. It almost felt like a battle of who was trying to talk. Again, not trying to say this in a hurtful/mean way just wanted to give some advice if you’re open to it. Much love xoxo

Surface level and not informative at all. Another white girl who wants to hear herself talk and created a podcast. In the recent episode she talks about how Tik Tok she created showcasing her butt went viral and how she's upset about the platform "sexualizing young girls" when she literally created it and is sexualizing herself for views. Why are you mad it had a ton of views? It doesn't make sense.
