Past Year Podcast 156

Do you ever sit down and reflect on how things are going for you? I don’t just mean a brief moment of lamenting about something that isn’t working, or a few seconds of a pat on your own back.

I mean literally taking some time at the end of the year, like now, to dive deep into how things are for you.

When you do this, you might find yourself not wanting to dive deeper. You might see yourself putting a quick label on things… “This was a great year!” Or… “This was an awful year!”

You can do better, and it’s worth doing. Because seeing where you are is the first step to changing where you are.

Aren’t you tired of just setting goals to lose XX pounds by next year? I know that this doesn’t really motivate most people.

So, let’s take a different approach. Yes, I want you to look at this past year. And I want you to answer this: What HAS to stop? What are you fed up with?

And from there, we will be on the road to creating what you wish for. Together, in 2020.
