Listen in with me as I interview Randy, one of the Freedom Group members. Her story isn’t that different from yours.

After years of dieting and not understanding why those diets didn’t work, Randy has finally found what we all want: freedom!

Randy learned all about the emotions that drove her to eat more than her body needed. She learned that there was nothing wrong with her. She had simply learned to use food to feel better and now knows the real solution to negative emotions.

Did you learn at an early age that it wasn’t okay to express your emotions? This is really common. We’re taught to be ‘good’ as children, and that meant suppressing those strong feelings.

Well, those feelings don’t go away. They hide under the surface and create such discomfort, that we turn to something to feel better. That’s what emotional eating is.

I want you to hear how Randy is dealing with her eating, her emotions and her guilt of taking care of herself so that she can permanently end her eating issues. And the end result? Weight loss of course, because she isn’t eating away her feelings.

But more than the weight loss, she has found the way to finally feel at peace with herself and her life.
