This conversation truly did feel like relief to my nervous system. Ashlyn provides a lovely practice to hold space for difficult emotions that we may be unwilling to feel. For my patients and clients, binges usually happen in the afternoon or evening when people are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, lonely, you name it.
