How a a fleeting moment in Final Fantasy Endwalker made me deep dive into generational Trauma

An unscripted reflection of self-growth and mental health. Self-Discipline is hard, especially when you don't have the proper support structures to help cultivate growth in those areas. Learning to work with my personal chaos until I can form stronger routines that cultivate long-term prosperity.

Just keeping everyone up to date with my current affairs and how I intend to move forward! While not the best start of the year, it is definitely a way to shake things up. Going to try crossfit, group therapy for LGTBQ+ individuals, continue hypno therapy, and continue to find a therapist who can specialize in a case like me. This year is going to be a new positive adventure. I shall also be transitioning into more scripted content!

Was just feeling loving and appreciative of the fact that FFXIV has givin me so much

A quick rant about mentors and toxic players. The whole mentor program needs a bit of a rework. Anyone person casually playing a tank or healer can easily get enough commendations to become a mentor.

The story itself is quite cathartic, but also evocative emotionally. However, when we start looking at the threads of fate we start to understand that everything in game in done with particular aspect and perspectives in mind. My personal take is that Trauma is one of the underlying themes. Then once we understand that, it helps us truly work through some of those experiences.
