Heads turned at Wynta-Amor Roger's passionate expression during the recent uprising. Some applauded, some scolded. As sweet as the moment was, the harsh reality of the awareness of our children was the real take home message for me. Evidently, exposure to difficult realities and social constructs begins at a much younger age than I remember ever being exposed to. And can we blame them ? They are the true digital natives after all !

So rather than over-protecting our young, hyper cognitive generation from what they already know, today I engage my favourite Gen Z as I try and see the would through her eyes.
