She has received numerous awards for her teaching and writing contributions and speaks nationally and internationally on topics such as resilience , psychotherapy, and the role of creative partnerships in fostering healing. Author of 4 books and over 150 papers, chapters, and reviews, she is in private practice in Portland, Oregon. She is one of my go to resources for me when developing any talk I give.
